Application Assistance: Our team helps with resume creation, cover letter writing, and job application submissions to ensure they stand out to potential employers.
Interview Coaching: We provide coaching and mock interview sessions to boost confidence and improve interview performance.
On-The-Job Support: After securing a job, we continue to offer support and mentoring to ensure a successful transition into the workforce.
DWW will introduce the possibility of Job Corps and military options to the young men and women under their care, potentially bridging the gap between education and employment. This expansion aims to provide even more opportunities for DWW residents.
