• Angeline S. Martin

    FOUNDER

Angeline S. Martin is the visionary and founder of DELIVERANCE WORLDWIDE, LLC. (DWW), a transformative organization.

Hailing from New York City, she proudly calls Brooklyn’s Bedford Stuyvesant her hometown. Angeline’s educational journey took her through Boys & Girls H.S. and Phillipa Schuyler Middle School for the Gifted & Talented, where Phillipa Schuyler’s schools motto of, “TO WHOM MUCH IS GIVEN, MUCH IS REQUIRED,” has continued to inspire her pursuit of excellence. Ms. Martin is now retired and has resided in North Carolina since August of 2008. This move was to further her recovery following a significant stroke in Feburary of 2006.

Throughout her life, Angeline has always been deeply involved in her community in NY and in Nc, and a dedicated member to her church, Interstate Ministry Inc. It was during her time living in Far Rockaway, NY, that she became acutely aware of the challenges faced by older youth within the Foster Care system. A few of her children’s friends, now considered Godchildren & family, were in the Foster Care system, bringing these issues close to her heart.

As an active contributor, Angeline serves on the board of the R.E.A.C.H. Mentoring Ministry, which was established in 2016. This ministry reaffirmed the persistent struggles faced by older youth in foster care, even after nearly two decades.

Driven by the desire to see positive change, Angeline decided to take action and give life to DELIVERANCE WORLDWIDE in March of 2021. This family-owned and operated organization was conceived with a singular purpose: to construct a robust foundation for this often overlooked community of young individuals. DWW’s aim is to create an environment that nurtures these young adults, enabling them to confidently pursue their aspirations and lead meaningful, fruitful lives.

Taking her commitment a step further, Angeline has also become a licensed Foster Care Parent in the state of North Carolina.
